Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2-3/4 cup water
  • oil to brush
  • salt to season

Instructions

Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius

Grease a baking tray

Mix all ingredients together and knead until soft and pliable

Divide the dough into 3 pieces

Roll out each piece as thin as possible

Cut into strips

Roll strips again and cut into cracker sized pieces

Place onto a greased tray.  Brush with oil and season with salt

Bake until golden 12-15 minutes.
